Get to know the face behind the lens..

I have had a deep love for cameras since I was 10!

Fast forward to now, I have recently graduated my Diploma in Photography at UCOL Palmerston North, studying hard to learn all the things I wasn't able to tech myself.

Now I'm here, growing my skills whilst growing a business!

My passion for newborn and child photography came from the unfortunate news of my partner and I being told we were unable to have children of our own.. but that just made me want to pursue my dream further than ever!

It gave me the perspective of "I want to create memories for families that I would have wanted as a mother". This heartbreak has lead me to where I am today, and I couldn't be more thankful!

On the weekends you can catch me at Manfeild Race Track supporting my husband, or scoping out the park for new location spots.

Certificate in Newborn Photography Safety

In the photography industry it is incredibly important to know what you are doing when it comes to handling and caring for newborns. This course included material on how to properly wrap a newborn to not obstruct any airways, how to position a newborn safely on a prop, and many more.

This course is run by New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers to give parent's the confidence that when a photographer with this qualification is handling your baby, they are doing it safely.
